Players must arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled match for registration and preparation.

The match schedule may change due to tournament progress and operational requirements. Players are responsible for checking the latest schedule.

Teams not present within 5 minutes of their scheduled match time will be declared a walkover (6–0 loss).

Players participate at their own risk. The Organizer and Venue are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, lost, or damaged personal belongings.

Players must show respectful and professional behavior toward opponents, officials, staff, and spectators. Abusive language, unsportsmanlike conduct, or disruptive behavior may result in penalties or disqualification.

All tournament rules and decisions made by the Tournament Committee and Match Officials are final and binding.

The Organizer reserves the right to adjust, postpone, or cancel matches due to weather conditions, technical issues, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Players are responsible for registering in the category that matches their playing level. The Tournament Committee may review player eligibility at any time. If a player is found in an inappropriate category, the Committee may take the appropriate action, including moving the player to another category or disqualification.

DANA will act as a data processor, handling players’ personal data according to applicable data protection laws.

DANA is responsible for processing personal data only for the purpose of the Tour and will not disclose it to third parties without player consent.

Players can exercise their rights (e.g., data access, rectification, erasure) by contacting DANA. DANA is obligated to notify players of any data breaches.

Players’ personal data must be returned or deleted after the Tour’s conclusion.
