Registration will remain open until 23 August 2026, unless all available slots are filled earlier.

Partner changes are permitted only before the registration deadline and are subject to approval by the Tournament Committee.

If you are unable to participate after registering, you may nominate a replacement player, subject to approval by the Tournament Committee.

Players who do not arrive within 5 minutes after their scheduled match time will be declared a Walkover (WO). Please refer to the Terms & Conditions for further details.

The official match schedule will be published prior to the tournament. Players are responsible for checking the latest schedule and any updates announced by the Tournament Committee.
